Warranty All Sani-Tear hand sanitizer solutions have been formulated, tested, and inspected according to Good Manufacturing Standards (GMS). The bottled hand sanitizer is warranted for 3 years. The touch-free dispensers, inserts, stand and drip tray have a one year warranty. Return Policy All Sani-Tear products come with a 30-day/proof of payment money back guarantee if you are not fully satisfied. Restocking Policy There is a 3% restocking fee if the items returned are based on customer preference. The fee will not be charged if the product is returned due to fault on Sani-Tear’s part, i.e., damaged goods, extended delivery delay, incorrect items delivered etc. Shipping charges for these types of returns will be paid by Sani-Tear. When the customer returns a product without cause, the 3% restocking fee will apply. |
